Class Description: Add a splash of color to your water castings. In this class I’ll show you basic steps of enameling on silver, then we’ll solder it all together without damaging the enamel.

Skill Level: Confident Beginner
Pre-requisite: Easy Peasy water casting class, or working knowledge of water casting. Students should have 6-8mm water casted pieces ready for class.
Materials Kit (included in price): Enough material for 1 pair of earrings (SS stock, SS earring wires, clear CZ). Domestic US shipping.**
- 80 mesh transparent enamels
- Chain nose pliers
- Rawhide or nylon mallet
- Fine Tweezers
- #2 paint brush
- 5 pages of any magazine
- butane torch
- Enamel set up (Penny brite, sifter, holding agent (or Klyr Fire),
alundum stone (optional))
- Soldering set up (including extra easy solder paste or copper solder paste)
- Flush cutters (ultra preferred)
- Sharpie, fine tip
- Hoop mandrel or 1.25" dowel rod
- Metal student files
- Bench block
- Chasing hammer
- Bezel setting burnishers or curved burnisher
- Solder pick
- Metal ruler
