Class Description: Ever been confused by the conflicting information you find on pickle? I will review the available pickles, discuss how to mix and heat solutions, how to neutralize, safe disposal and explain toxicity. I plan to review salt and vinegar, citric acid, PH Down, Sparex, Rio and others. I will compare the pros and cons of each pickle and provide a list of resources.
