24-1021.13 Tubular Bead Crochet Bootcamp

Class Date::
Sun, Oct 24, 2021, 9am- 4pm (CST)

Date: Sunday, Oct 24, 2021, 9am- 4pm (CST) 1-hour break

Class Description: As you make this densely bead-encrusted spiral bangle, you will learn all the skills required to make bead crochet ropes, necklaces and lariats, and how to design your own patterns using this simple and portable technique.

We will use a pre-made starter piece to get over the learning “hump” of starting the piece. When you are comfortable with the crochet technique, you will learn how to start a new piece from scratch. By the end of the class you will know how to invisibly join the ends of your beaded rope into a seamless bangle, how to join the ends with a focal bead or beads, and how to use end caps. We will review different types of pattern and how to design your own pattern using free bead crochet design software (or pencil and paper).
