Paulette Rosner Baron has been beading since 1994, and teaching bead weaving classes in the Washington, D.C. area since 1996. In addition to teaching around her home base, Paulette also teaches across the country, including the Bead and Button Show, bead societies and premiere bead stores. Having earned her Fine Arts degree from Carnegie Mellon University, she became a Graphic Designer. But it was when she became involved with beads that she found true calling. Her need to be creative and to work with colors and design had finally found a home. She has become known for creating three dimensional sculptural pieces of art out of beads. Her pieces utilize different sizes and shapes of beads and are made using a wide assortment of off-loom bead weaving stitches. Paulette is illustrator and co-author of Beading Across America: A Jewelry Inspirations from Coast to Coast, 2011, Kalmbach Publishing with Sherry Serafini and Amy Katz.
