Class Description: Spend an immersive hour exploring the meaningful and creative world of mandala art. This meditative art form encourages inner calm, self-reflection, mindfulness, balance, and artistic self-expression. By emphasizing slowing down, observing your breath, and enjoying the creative flow, you'll experience the therapeutic benefits of focusing within.
