Pre-requisite: Student should be proficient with soldring silver.
Class Description: Join me for a solder adventure that will take you under the sea. This project features articulate tentacles and little surprises on both the front and back, making it an especially playful pendant that you will treasure once complete.
Due to the current price of silver, only stones are available. A list of materials will be provided after registration.
Torch: Instructor will be demonstrating using a butane torch, however, any torch except a microtorch will work.
Project Completion: Students who work quickly will have enough time to finish the project during class time.
Materials Kit: Stones only.

Required Tools and Supplies:
- Sharpie
- Chain nose pliers
- Multi-looping pliers
- Brass brush
- Bench block
- Rawhide mallet or Nylon mallet
- Bench pin
- Sharpie (fine tip)
- Flush Cutter ( Heavy Duty)
- Nylon Pliers (optional)
- Nylon looping pliers (optional, but helpful)
- Needle files
- Super grip gloves (optional)
- Magnifying glasses (as needed)
- Sand paper 400, 500, 600
- Jeweler's saw and 2/o or 3/o saw blades
- Cut lube or bees wax
- Student files
- Flex shaft (with sanding discs)
- Magnifying glasses (as needed)
- Polish: Eurolustre
- Steel wool
- Rotating solder station (optional)
- Solder pick
- Any jeweler's torch except Microtorch.
- Soldering set up: butane, torch, solder board, tripod with mesh, pickle, fire tweezers, quench bowl, flux, copper tongs, silver solder wire, chip or paste: Hard, Med., Easy
