Class Description: Taught by native from Hong Kong, participants will have the opportunity to learn about traditional Chinese food culture and cooking techniques. Best part, we will be eating dumplings that you made!

  • Learn how to make traditional Chinese Dim Sum + the perfect dipping sauce!
  • Learn how to make the dough from scratch
  • Learn how to make the wrappers from the dough
  • Both meat and vegetarian fillings will be taught in the class . Vegan options available upon request.
  • No experience is required!

Project Completion: Students will be enjoying this dish by the end of the session.

Ingredients and equipment needs: Will be provided after registration.
