Class Description: Transform your mysterious gemstone into a captivating piece of jewelry in this Unearthed Ring. This class will teach you how to create a distinctive ring that highlights the beauty of your bezel set cabochon gemstone. Surround the gem with an earthy texture using silver dust and mount it on a chunky, textured sterling silver band. Bring your own round gemstone cabochon.
Torch: Instructor will be demonstrating using an acetylene torch, however, any jewelers' torch will work.
Project Completion: Students will have enough time to finish the project during the class.
Materials Kit: Enough material for one ring (sterling silver sheet, sterling silver dust, sterling silver grain, fine silver bezel, students must supply own round cabochon 10-20mm.)
