Class Description: Led by a native from Beijing, China, this class offers participants an immersive experience in traditional Chinese food culture and cooking techniques. Discover the art of crafting perfect fried rice, exploring three distinct styles: Cantonese, Indonesian, and Thai. Uncover the secrets behind achieving delicious fried rice every time!
Project Completion: Students will be eating their finished dish by the end of class.
Ingredients Needed: Recipe will be provided after registration.
