Class Description: We will explore the sculptural qualities found in wire weaving through using a tubular weave to create a domed bezel frame around a rivioli crystal. Learn how to increase your weave to create a larger diameter and add interest to the design. I will also show how to manage your weaving wire when threading through an enclosed setting.
Project Completion: Students will have enough time to finish the project during the class.
Materials Kit: Enough material for one pendant (fine silver wire in multiple gauges, 12mm rivioli crystal, bobbin, solder jump ring).

Required Tools:
- Sharpie
- Wire cutters (preferrably flush)
- Round-nose pliers
- Flat nose pliers
- Chain-nose pliers
- Nylon pliers
- Needle files
- Ruler, 12" or larger
- Bench block
- Chasing hammer
- Bracelet mandrel
- Permanent marker
- Beading awl
- Torch set-up (Butane torch, cross-lock tweezers, quenching bowl, solder pick, hard charcoal block, heat shield(table cover))
- Brass Brush or toothbrush
- Paper and writing utensil
- Optional: Liver of sulfur
- #0000 steel wool or ProPolish pad
- Magnifiers as needed.
