Class Description: Led by a native expert from China, participants will explore the intricate nuances of traditional Chinese noodle culture and culinary techniques. The highlight of this enriching experience is relishing the flavors of delectable hand-pulled noodles crafted by your own hands. Contrary to preconceived notions, the art of noodle-making is more approachable than one might anticipate. Join us in unraveling the secrets of this culinary tradition.
Project Completion: Students will be eating hot noodles by the end of class.
Ingredients Needed: Recipe will be provided after registration.
