Class Description: In China, at the Chinese New Year or other family occasions, the older generation would get together to make dumplings and the kids would run around and watch how to make dumplings. At dinner time, the whole family would then sit together to eat the dumplings. It is a beautiful way to connect family and friends!
Learn how to make traditional Chinese dumplings 3 different ways + our family secret sauce! Learn how to make dumpling wrappers from scratch. Both meat and vegetarian fillings will be taught in the class. No experience is required!
Project Completion: students will have enough time to finish during live class.
Ingredients Needed: recipe will be provided after registration.
