Date: Sunday, April 21, 2024, 9am-4pm (CDT) (1-hr lunch break)
Instructor: Marti Brown
Skill Level: Intermediate
Class Description: The phrase “true north” refers to the direction for you to go leading to ultimate joy and fulfillment in your life or relationships. Keep the image of your true north with you wherever you go when you wear this locket. Cutting, texturing, dapping and anodizing will allow you to build a home in your favorite colors to have a photo of a treasured relative or location with you always.
No anodizer…no problem. An anodizer can be rented for a 3 week period from the instructor. ($75) As demonstrated in the VEC Anodizing Short, batteries can be also be used for this process. This option, however, provides a more limited color palette than when an anodizer is used.
Project Completion: students will have enough class time to complete project.
