Class Description: This 2-hour hands-on workshop invites you to delve into the art of sushi. Explore the fascinating history and diverse flavors of this Japanese culinary tradition. Learn essential skills, from preparing perfect sushi rice and mastering knife cutting techniques to the thrill of rolling your own unique sushi creations. Whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your skills, this class offers a rewarding experience for budding sushi chefs, culminating in the enjoyment of a delicious selection of your handcrafted sushi.
Project Completion: Students will be eating the final product by the end of class.
