Date: Thursday, Oct 22, 2026, 1pm-5pm(CST)
Instructor: Kieu Pham Gray
Skill Level: Confident Beginner
Class Description: Forget the traditional prong setting—we’re going to secure a cabochon using a sleek, structural wire "cage" that doubles as art. In this class, you’ll learn how to shape silver wire to create a custom frame that hugs your stone perfectly while keeping the design open and airy. It’s the perfect way to build a secure, professional-grade pendant that highlights the gemstone from every angle.
Project Completion: Students who work quickly will have enough time to finish the project during the class time.
Torch: Instructor will be demonstrating using a butane torch, however, any jeweler's torch will work.
Materials Kit: Enough material for one pendant (Sterling silver stock, cabochon).
Domestic US shipping included. (Please contact instructor directly to arrange for international or expedited shipping fees.)
