Class Description: A one-hour demo of how to create your own decorated ornament balls. If you wish to create your own fabulous ornaments, an optional kit is available with enough supplies to create six ornaments.
Written instructions will be provided.
Project Completion: Students will have a good start to the project and enough information to finish on their own.
Materials Kit: Seed beads (11/0, 8/0), fire-polish (3mm, 4mm, 6mm), shatterproof ornament balls, instructions.
Required Tools and Supplies:
- Bead mat
- Beading needles (size 10 or 11)
- Beading thread (such as Fireline 6# or One-G
- Scissors suitable for use with your chosen thread
- Magnifiers/reading glasses (if needed)
- Task light (if needed)
*Note: You must choose either a Zoom or Zoom/Kit combo to receive written instructions. Kits will begin to ship Oct. 8, 2026, unless otherwise arranged with instructor.
Zoom Recordings will be available for viewing until Nov. 4, 2026. Additional time may be purchased ($12) by selecting the "Extend viewing time" option above. This option will extend ALL VEC Shorts for one fee. Please only purchase it once.
