Our Commitment
Virtually EverCrafting and our instructors are committed to creating the best experience possible for our students. To meet this commitment, we have created the following standards:
1. Written instructions for classes (except VEC Shorts) to be delivered either by mail (hard copy) or email no less than one week before the class.
2. Delivery of recording links within 24 hours of end of the class.
3. Kits for registrations before October 3,2023 to be shipped by October 4, 2023.
4. In the case of catastrophic technical failure, instructors will contact registered students within the same day informing them of a makeup times and date. Makeup date will be no more than one week after the date of the original session. Viewing time will also be extended accordingly.
